The customer should contact Customer Service before returning any products to obtain a RETURN NUMBER. The supplier accepts no liability for goods retuned without a written authority of the supplier.

The supplier reserves the right to refuse returns without a valid RETURN NUMBER shown clearly on the outside of the package. An unauthorized return, i.e. one for which a RETURN NUMBER has not been issued, or ore without a valid RETURN NUMBER, shown clearly on th outside of the package, will be returned to the customer at the cusotmers expense.

Any goods that may need to be collected that are not as a result of the supplier or it's representative negligence may incur a minimum collection fee of £25.00 + VAT.

Items which are non-stock and are ordered specifically against the customers purchase order e.g. tools specially purchased for that customer, tools modified for that particular customer, tools with the customers name and/or part number, are non cancallable and non returnable and are outside the police, unless faulty.

Cancellation of an order will not be accepted unless agreed in writing by the supplier and where any cancellation is agreed the customer will be liable for a handling charge.

Handling charges apply where the reason for the return is not as a result of the negligence of the supplier or it's representative i.e. goods no longer required or ordered incorrectly by the customer. For such returns the customer must request a RETURN NUMBER within 5 working days of the delivery date. The product and the product packaging must be in perfect working order/condition and in the suppliers view suitable for resale. By agreeing to return products you are agreeing to the suppliers handling charge policy.

The supplier reserves the right to levy a handling charge of 20% of the goods value (minimum £25.00) to cover the costs of the administration of the return and where appropiate our initial delivery cost.
